A bit of a disappointment. The service was really slow but our server looked to be running all over the place. Maybe she had too many tables to manage? The food arrived tepid at best. My salmon was supposed to have sun dried tomato butter on it but I expected it would be warm enough to melt the butter. I got the glob of butter hidden under some microgreens and it was still cold. I didn't send the dish back because of the glacial service and the salmon would have been overdone...
We Celebrated 2 birthdays. Had a great table with a view of the falls. A leisurely long dinner and a good visit. Our server was outstanding. I love it when they bring wine to the table and pour you a glass! The halibut was done to perfection. Anthonys Caesar salad is delicious, and I had forgotten how good it was. They treated us to a birthday dessert because we're in their club. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I recently dined at Anthony's, hoping for a standout seafood experience, but unfortunately, the evening was just okay. While the location and the general ambiance held promise, a few significant areas—especially the value and the overall atmosphere—left me feeling disappointed.
