Great ambience and location, the patio seating is wonderful. However the service is crazy slow! It was not very busy while we were there. Be prepared to wait a long time for drinks and an even longer time for good. The crab and shrimp toast was good but a little too salty. The drinks were delicious
Service is slow, atmosphere is nice, but have 3 stars because outdoor seating was not open. When one of the USPs is view of the Spokane falls, and you don't let your guests enjoy that view... what's the point.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Anthony’s at Spokane Falls and had the most wonderful experience from start to finish!
We both ordered the fresh peach Arnold Palmer, which was absolutely delicious. We started with cups of clam chowder and shared the Dungeness Crab, Shrimp & Artichoke Dip. For dinner, I had the Atlantic Lobster Dinner, while my husband had the Swordfish Fettuccine, and everything was cooked beautifully and tasted incredible.
