My favorite. Great coffee, great space. Forget about "bucks" or "bros". None of that nonsense here. Just great local roasting and drinks.

A handwritten note, handwritten choice of the blend I ordered on the bag, and a compliment on the build I chose! Fantastic. Shipping wasn’t slow at all even though they apologized for delayed shipping due to the July 4th weekend. I got email updates when it shipped, when it was out for delivery, and when it was delivered. These are some handsome beans!! Go Anvil! ??‼️

While the local coffee cartel tightens its grip around our unsuspecting necks, Anvil holds firm at reasonable price to weight ratio. Still selling amazing coffee freshly roasted for around $12 a pound, they're my go to. Sitting here with their house blend espresso I just extracted from my machine. Tiger stripe crema to die for! Keep doing what you're doing anvil, it's amazing.

I recently found out that Boots Bakery uses coffee beans from Anvil Coffee. Then I went next door to Main Market Co-Op and purchased some beans to take home. I finally discovered Anvil is close to my work downtown so I hurried there today on my break. What a delightful surprise this cafe is.There is a big parking lot for easy coffee access. I walked inside this beautiful brick building to discover it is home to many great businesses including their sister project....a winery called Overbluff Cellars. This space is huge and has high ceilings with lots of old world charm. I love all the exposed brick. I was greeted by a friendly barista who shared some history of the building and then made me a yummy soy latte. They have a few bakery items from Boots Bakery too. The greatest thing about this coffee roaster is the fact that they roast fresh coffee packaged by the pound. Yes folks! That's right. A true pound of coffee so it can last you the week unlike those 12 ounce packages that most cafes turned to years ago. I really appreciate this and grabbed a pound of beans for home. Check out their website to learn about all their beans. You'll be delighted by the offerings. The space is so warm and inviting. I am going to make this a weekly stop for all my beans.

It’s located in a red break building. Great coffee and a super cute design. Open space and COVID safe. You can see the train pass by and get lost in your thoughts ;).

Loooove Anvil coffee. I used to buy it all the time from Atticus when I traveled to Spokane for business bi-weekly. When I stopped traveling there, I had a colleague bring bags back for me. Soooo happy to discover their online store and shipping! Just purchased 5 bags and can’t wait to drink it all. Sweater Weather has always been my favorite but I’m mixing it up this time to see what else I like. Love that they’re a small business, too.. great to see them doing well!
