While the local coffee cartel tightens its grip around our unsuspecting necks, Anvil holds firm at reasonable price to weight ratio. Still selling amazing coffee freshly roasted for around $12 a pound, they're my go to. Sitting here with their house blend espresso I just extracted from my machine. Tiger stripe crema to die for! Keep doing what you're doing anvil, it's amazing.
I recently found out that Boots Bakery uses coffee beans from Anvil Coffee. Then I went next door to Main Market Co-Op and purchased some beans to take home. I finally discovered Anvil is close to my work downtown so I hurried there today on my break. What a delightful surprise this cafe is.There is a big parking lot for easy coffee access.
