Ordered a French dip and the menu says it comes with au jus, but then it wants to charge you extra for the au jus. Does it come with or charged? Sandwich was kinda dry without it. Disappointed.

The place is very clean and roomy,good service and good customer service.only bad part is accessibility for entrance for car and parking ,a bit small.

I only come to Arby's when I have a coupon. I came in with a coupon for a Reuben, gave my coupon and was still charged almost 10$ for a sandwich and a medium water that I didn't notice until I got home and checked the receipt. I'm not impressed.
