Today I had to witness the staff deal with an overly emotional and aggressive customer who even provoked a police response when there was no crime committed. Having to deal with such customers is deserving of a five star review to the staff of this Jack-in-the-Box.
Not enough employees so it is understandable that it is slow. The food is a bit smaller and a bit more expensive than before. Have gone 3 times and only once was the food thoroughly hot and crisp. Just needs more employees and training.

Nice place. Mostly clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Sadly, over 80% of the drinks in the FreeStyle cola machine were out, so we had to get refills from the staff behind the counter instead.
