I don't like leaving negative comments but it was that bad really. We pulled up and were asked to wait which we found odd because it was dead but I don't have x-ray vision so I don't know what they had going on inside so we waited patiently. That's where it started as we waited to order for about 4 minutes and then the guy came back and was like " oh yeah, sorry for the wait" then asked our order. It ended up being over 60 dollars but then we pulled up and zero communication for another 6 minutes, we just sat there waiting and it was still pretty dead, I could see the counter so I knew that wasn't the hold up and the guy was just standing there talking to someone I couldn't see in the back then walked up to the one or two people that came to the counter. He then approached us and asked for the money, and we waited two more minutes before we got our food. The fries were old and fairly warm and the sandwiches were decent but sloppy. Never apologized or explained why we waited so long. I've never dealt with that in 30 years of going to fast food. If nothing else communication would have been acceptable, things happen but they acted as if that was perfect normal. It's not I've gone to their sister store on market and if they ever couldn't get us right away they explained and had us pull to a place they would bring it to us. It's that easy.

Havent been able to go inside due to working late nights (so atmosphere marked as 3 stars since i have no idea) but every time i order from it weather with family or by myself something goes wrong.They standardly forget meals or parts of meals whenever i order online or get take out with multiple meals.This last time (tonight) i had the food they had me wait several minutes and had me pull around to the front to get my meal which was luke warm like they forgot it on the counter.Many times ive had to go back inside on past experiences when i was able to go in so i can get the rest of a meal.

Everytime I’ve come here the employees are very mean and rush me out of the drive through. Food is great, but they always slam the window in my face and tell me to have a good day. Everyone here seems like they hate their job… I’ll keep coming here for the food but they need a reality check.

By far the rudest employee I have ever encountered. I know she is not that busy at 4am, I was the only car there. With all her negative sound effects( sighs, moans, eye rolls and slamming of the window) it was like I pulled up to her home at 4am and asked to make a jumbo jack. The food was fine, she was not. I hope she has a better day because it takes a lot of energy to be that negative.
Nice place. Mostly clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Sadly, over 80% of the drinks in the FreeStyle cola machine were out, so we had to get refills from the staff behind the counter instead.

Ordered a southwest salad, find out at the window they're out of most of the ingredients. That's fine. When I get home, the dressing the gave me is not the one I asked for. So. I'm not a fan of this place. Now I will be eating a dry salad because I do not like the dressing that they gave me. Total waste of my money to not get what I orginally wanted, and then the substitute was ruined by the wrong dressing. Yay. Don't come here.

Today I had to witness the staff deal with an overly emotional and aggressive customer who even provoked a police response when there was no crime committed. Having to deal with such customers is deserving of a five star review to the staff of this Jack-in-the-Box.

I’m not even a leave a review type of person normally I just say screw it and go to a different place but DoorDash pulled this location, After waiting almost 2 hours for food they managed to royally screw my order and the only good thing that came from this location yall don’t even own( Red Bull can) I for real don’t know what’s up but I would think if yall took 2 hours at least my order would be correct. Soda was literally just colored water and a joke, half my order was missing ( I double checked with my driver and all my bags were taped and sealed so I know it wasn’t there error, they did they’re best with the info they had) but lowkey will never be back to this location and told all my friends to not go to this one because you’ll waste your money on subpar service lol.
