The manager at this arbys is amazing. Sweet man who offered to turn the ac down because I made a comment about being chilly. Helped an older gentleman with a walker out of the door without being asked. I can see why this man is a manager, best service I've had anywhere in a while.

A convenient location off Sprague if you're in Spokane Valley. I used the BOGO promotion in the app and ordered in the mobile app, but then stopped by in-person and dined in. Both sandwiches tasted pretty good. The condiments/customization was mostly done correctly, but they did drop the crispy onion strings (if they were out, they should've simply told me so). The place is spacious and quiet; a good place to grab a quick bite alone or to stop by with kids or friends....
