Don’t order their banana split. I order one to go and live 2 blocks away. Nothing but whipped cream on top. Worst banana split I ever had. Manager called with all kinds of excuses. One saying doesn’t travel well, two they’re made with junior scoop, then you shouldn’t price them high if they’re junior banana splits. Then store manager said manager was watching the lady make it. Was not true no one watch her make it. I was there watching and he wasn’t around. Worst place ever will not go back and be treated like this. I know what I got and there was little to no ice cream on it. It didn’t melt because there was very little ice cream to melt and it was not soupy when we ate it. Just didn’t taste like ice cream at all.

My kids and I stop in often, and we love the ice cream and the service. Today at about 2:15, I brought my elderly mother in for a sundae and she started coughing in the outdoor seating. I went inside to ask for a glass of water, and the young man working saw why I needed it, and offered me a larger cup, and even offered ice. He was incredibly kind, and I appreciate the employees at this location.

Horrible service, this young man was eating in the back on his phone I assume while this one girl had to take care of everything on her own and when she asked for help he was very rude to her and us, I asked for his name and I think he said his name is Kyle. Won't be coming back

Horrible service, I came in with my family and the young man gave us a weird look and was just glaring the whole time we walked in, he was very rude to one of his coworkers and touched the cones with no gloves, I loved the icecream but I found one of his curly hair in it. Will not be coming back
Using Door Dash tonight, I ordered ice cream for my 3 kids. 3 kid scoops (cookie monster flavor). What I received was 1 scoop of cookies monster and 2 scoops of sherbet in one cup. Really? I did not order a triple scoop. I ordered 3 kid scoops. I never ordered sherbet either. I complained thru Door Dash and got a measly 6.19 refunded. Not happy!

This location was very, very clean and the employees were extremely welcoming and helpful. I love the vast variety of flavors of ice cream they have, as well as dessert options. The top two things that stuck out to me were the kindness of the employees, and that one of the outside patio tables offered wheelchair accessible. I definitely recommend checking this location out!

Disgusting. One of the male employees at night had some sort of open wounds on his hands presumably from drug use. When he would scoop the ice cream his hand (with the open sores) would touch the ice cream in the bucket and sometimes scrape on the edge of the bucket. One can only assume the scabs from the open wounds would then fall into your frozen treat. I feel physically violated for even having to witness such an atrocity. I wish I were making all of this up.

Normally I don’t have any issues when coming here but tonight I ordered a single scoop waffle cone as I always do, the person that prepared it for me was very rude. Didn’t say anything to us and what really upset me was the fact that they literally just put a single scoop on top of the cone. Normally, and at any other place, they fill the cone with ice cream and then top it with a scoop. My cone was completely empty to the point that it crumbled in my hand when I went to eat it. I didn’t notice until I left because the visible empty space had been covered by the paper wrap. As someone who works in customer service myself I understand having hard days but I would never take it out on a customer in a petty or careless way especially not to one that is always kind and tips. I’ve seen this person multiple times and this is the first time they’ve done this as well so I’m unsure what there problem was.
