So I’m not sure if this is standard practice but after seeing an employee spray Spic and Span all over inside the cooler, misting the ice cream in chemicals, we turned around and walked out. Long time customer lost… pretty sure this is an OSHA violation.

Don’t order their banana split. I order one to go and live 2 blocks away. Nothing but whipped cream on top. Worst banana split I ever had. Manager called with all kinds of excuses. One saying doesn’t travel well, two they’re made with junior scoop, then you shouldn’t price them high if they’re junior banana splits. Then store manager said manager was watching the lady make it. Was not true no one watch her make it. I was there watching and he wasn’t around. Worst place ever will not go back and be treated like this. I know what I got and there was little to no ice cream on it. It didn’t melt because there was very little ice cream to melt and it was not soupy when we ate it. Just didn’t taste like ice cream at all.

My kids and I stop in often, and we love the ice cream and the service. Today at about 2:15, I brought my elderly mother in for a sundae and she started coughing in the outdoor seating. I went inside to ask for a glass of water, and the young man working saw why I needed it, and offered me a larger cup, and even offered ice. He was incredibly kind, and I appreciate the employees at this location.
This afternoon, I tried a large" Mangonada" to see what it was like. Vanilla ice cream blended with VOMIT would have been a better tasting concoction! Don't know if the young lady made it wrong but it was by far the VERY WORST ice cream drink I've EVER HAD! I took two short sips and decided I couldn't go on so politely told the server that I couldn't drink it and asked her if they could replace it with another drink and she said yes but that I would have to pay (full price) for that substitution. What??? I've spent time in the retail ice cream business (in my youth) and ANY quality place would have replaced it free of charge AND with a SMILE. NOT AT BASKIN-ROBBINS! Furthermore, I told the server that there was standing water in front of the one of the dessert cases and that could be a law suit waiting to happen and all the dirt in the cracks of the floor tile and ice cream/topping messes on the floor made for a less than inviting impression and should be very clean as a positive reflection of the store and its products. She said one of the girls in the back was too busy with other things. CLUE: Your paycheck is OUT FRONT wanting to put their cash in your till. NOT IN THE BACK. That's how important first impressions are, if you care. Apparently this Spokane Valley store DOESEN'T GIVE A DAMN! NOTE: I wanted to get a quart pack to go but decided not to buy it due to her response. As I excited the store I said "SEE YA" all the way home! That's the 'dirt' on this rat hole.

Horrible service, this young man was eating in the back on his phone I assume while this one girl had to take care of everything on her own and when she asked for help he was very rude to her and us, I asked for his name and I think he said his name is Kyle. Won't be coming back

Horrible service, I came in with my family and the young man gave us a weird look and was just glaring the whole time we walked in, he was very rude to one of his coworkers and touched the cones with no gloves, I loved the icecream but I found one of his curly hair in it. Will not be coming back
