Ordered VENTI iced drink, this is how it came (paid for venti, got grande). Asked cashier, he said we asked for no ice, so instead we get air. NEVER had this when we asked for no ice. WEIRD.
Has to be the worst Starbucks around. How hard is it to make a simple Americano and get it to someone that took the time to walk in. They did not even acknowledge me as I stood there waiting to place my order then handed it to some greasy human that walked in off the street after me. That person put a straw in my hot drink and said, "Here, I haven't touched it". I was so disgusted I just walked out. Too many bimbos behind the counter that have too little to do. The staff at this Starbucks Coffee Company location are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The team is very kind and accommodating, even with strange requests for drinks, which turn out excellent. Compared to other Starbucks, the sandwiches and coffee are not as good at this location, which is a little upsetting with how expensive Starbucks has become. Still, it is a good location with decent food, though not up to par with others. The line always scoots along quickly, orders are correct, and employees happily give dogs pup cups. On days they mess something up, they remember the customer the next day and make it right. Large orders are always high quality drinks, on time, and very friendly. One of the best Starbucks visited, taking care of every detail. However, people with issues using the app in the drive thru cause long waits.
