“My husband and I were at Churchill’s last night. We have been many times before. We didn’t have reservations and were able to get a spot at the bar. The bartender was so great at his job he absolutely made our experience even better. They had live piano music playing by a famous artist. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was delicious as always. They have started a valet service for parking and that was top notch as well. We cannot recommend Churchill’s enough for a wonderful fine dining experience. You will not regret it.“

So when we say a little hometown café like the Flying Goat is a must every time we’re in Panguitch, that truly means something. Today I had their strawberry salad with a side of chicken fingers made with a jalapeño mango sauce, and let me just say—wow. “Tucked away spot you pass by without realizing it - nice patio section out front complete with corn hole if that’s your thing! Large garage door kept open means it’s not kept cool with AC likely other places may be for those seeking respite from the heat. It has a sort of “clean aesthetic”/sports bar vibe with an actual phone booth inside. I had a dirty gin martini I’d say 3 out of 5 rating but that may be preference for real olive brine flavor. All in all a fun spot“
