I ordered an uber order, and there was a malfunction between ordering it and it arriving. Mason and Nicki helped my boyfriend and I make our order right and remade a sandwich. I am very grateful and they made our whole day. The food is delicious too.

The store was clean the staff was nice, but the manager who was a middle aged lady was very rude to me when another customer and I had a similar order. She was very passive aggressive. She was also being quite short and rude with her staff as well. That really affects the atmosphere and general experience I've come to expect from bruchis.

Been a few years since I've had Bruchis sandwich, like before Covid, and it's still the same delicious concoction of chresesteak goodness. Kids has never had one, and when in Spokane....oh, so good!
