I do really like Carl's Jr but although the service and the cashier were excellent the food was not as good as it could be. The burger was very good but the fries were very under cooked, barely warm, limp and soggy. It won't make me avoid them but I may stick with only the burgers from now on.

The food tasted good. My burger had this giant clump of lettuce on 1/4th of my burger. And barely even a tomato slice. (I ordered the guacamole bacon burger, #8) Our fries were okay, but we tried to order curly fries. They were out. Same with a salad, and the star fries. As well as the waffle fries. It's 5:56pm. on a Sunday. This shouldn't happen so early in the night. They missed 2 of our fries as well as a WHOLE order.The service was alright, she brought us our food which was nice but the store, including the play place was DISGUSTING. We didn't even want to sit in there ?
