The maximus Angus burger was very tasty! But it was a very small burger compared to all the commercials and pictures I have seen of it.,so II ordered a double cheeseburger and they put way too much mustard on it! It was terrible. The server was very friendly, and it was very quiet, we were the only ones there. The atmosphere was nice, music was pleasant! It was still worth going, but If you are real hungry, order 2 burgers I think they have shrunk in size over the years! The...read full review
Most underrated burger in the fastfood world
Iy definitely needs to be deep cleaned. Floors and trim have gunk all around and in the bathroom. Not a quality fast food anymore. Burnt zucchini, milkshake like drinking a sweet glass of milk, very disappointing

Carl's Jr. is noted for its excellent and fast service, with many reviews highlighting friendly and effective staff. The food often hits the spot and is generally well-made, with specific praise for items like the jalapeno burger and the churro milkshake, described as great, good, and very sweet. Many customers find the food better cooked than at other locations. The staff, including managers and drive-through employees, are frequently called a delight, friendly, and great, creating positive conversations even when the restaurant is short-handed.
However, significant concerns are raised about cleanliness and maintenance. The kids' play area is repeatedly described as pretty filthy and really dirty, to the point where children cannot use half of it. The bathroom also needs work. Additionally, the store can be uncomfortably hot when the AC is down. While most food receives praise, there is a noted inconsistency, with some orders like the triple western bacon cheeseburger occasionally arriving pretty thoroughly overcooked. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment is positive, with many customers planning to return due to the good food and good people.
