Hi, Owner, well done for responding to reviews. The taste of the burgers here is exquisite.
However, it takes approximately 5 minutes to talk to your staff about attitude. The slightly older lady that handles drive thru or talking at the reception to customers most times is so rude and so angry I wonder what she’s doing at a customer-facing position. Has no patience with explaining stuff to people and always acts like people coming in to buy food pisses her off. Excellent...

Great staff at this location and treats doordashers awesome unlike the division one. I refuse to deliver for that location out of respect for myself not to be treated like trash. Only complaint at this location is when you hand me overfilled dripping drinks. Or covered on outside with soda. I don't even put them in my car. My car is nice and you should respect us enough to not give us overflowing drinks. I just leave them on your sidewalk by your door for the homeless define...
