Your corporate office should take a look at the video posted on Reddit. Someone brings a burger with a hair in it to the managers attention, and the manager then has the customer trespassed and insults him all the way out the door. Don't you dare find an issue with your food at this location, the employees will mock you and call the cops.

Found a hair in my burger and asked the employees for a refund or a new burger. I was approached by the manager who is a self described follicle expert and determined the hair was from a woman. Armed with this evidence the manager called the police to have me removed. As we exchanged words I pulled out my camera and filmed since the manager was filming me, he stated that doing this was sexual harassment.Now I feel terrible since I failed to recognize the manager for his keen awareness in follicle identification and sexual harassment practices.Still leaving 1 star because the manager had long hair and I do not like long hair.

No one in the cafe and we were the only car in the drive thru. Ordered 2 combos and 2 hamburgers with no sauce. Waited 10 minutes at the window, then employee asked us to pull forward and wait. Waited another 8 minutes. Fries were decent, everything else was inedible. Sauce on both the burgers. We ate the fries, drank the lemonades, and threw everything else away. Terrible and last experience with Carls Jr.

When did a milkshake start costing $5.50 b4 tax?!! I ordered a Big Carl cuz I had a coupon. I watched them take the meat out of a plastic bin and it tastes like exactly what I saw! Great looking burger, kind of dry, not warm, not cold either. I visit Carl's in the valley and in comparison, this was not great.
