I messed up on my online order and the manager at the time was Rhonda.she fixed my order without a hassle which I really appreciated very much.
I do not what is going on in the fast food industry as a whole. But I went here expecting a better quality burger and willing to pay the higher price. Super disappointed. Carl's Jr used to be my gk to spot when I wanted the food stuff. The burgers look and taste like soy and the texture is all wrong. I couldn't even finish eating it.
