Worst carls Junior in the Nation. Milkshake was all milk no shake. They KNEW it was gonnacome out sub standard even after they remade it but didn't offer a warning. Just a refusal for a refund. Food had been sitting for a while. Fries had no salt. Soda was bland. I am never EVER going to another Carls Jr.

The employees here go above and beyond to support their customers meeting substitutions to their best ability with the food that Carls Jr provides. Being new to Carls Jr. I have to say I always avoided because of the stories heard and the lower ratings for fast food. Eating breakfast as a quick, close to the hospital location was not a bad experience. The biscuits with gravy is average for the community clearly not from scratch but box purchased.
