Worst Carl's I've ever been in. Ordered on their app,still had to wait after I drove there. Was told " the coffee machine is broken" that's the 3rd time they've used that excuse at 8 AM,so no coffee. Biscuits and gravy were cold and served in a nasty greasy chicken strip box,hash rounds were cold and overcooked. No utensils in bag,no utensils in lobby trays had to wait to get a fork because the only employee I saw was outside smoking,the place stunk like an outhouse.
