I do not what is going on in the fast food industry as a whole. But I went here expecting a better quality burger and willing to pay the higher price. Super disappointed. Carl's Jr used to be my gk to spot when I wanted the food stuff. The burgers look and taste like soy and the texture is all wrong. I couldn't even finish eating it.

The employees here go above and beyond to support their customers meeting substitutions to their best ability with the food that Carls Jr provides. Being new to Carls Jr. I have to say I always avoided because of the stories heard and the lower ratings for fast food. Eating breakfast as a quick, close to the hospital location was not a bad experience. The biscuits with gravy is average for the community clearly not from scratch but box purchased. Fries were good, burger wasn't really warm, cashier obviously didn't want to be there, but kindly called out our order number since we were the only ones there. The soda was flat, but was afraid to say anything because we hadn't gotten our food yet. Previous experiences were better.
