Great little shop just up from the river. Lovely old building with modern decor and finishes. The young lady who was working there was so sweet and professional. Ended up getting one of the original doughnuts, so good.
Delicious coffee, beautiful atmosphere and Authentic people. I had a wonderful conversation with the barista a few weeks back. A beautiful experience filled with laughter, kindness, and respect. Beautiful example of humanity and what the world needs more than ever. Highly recommend.
Had such a nice experience at Cedar Coffee during my trip to Spokane. I stopped by for a quick coffee and pastry break, and the pistachio babka completely surprised me in the best way. It smelled amazing the moment i open the box, rich, buttery, and fresh. The layers were soft and fluffy inside with a slightly flaky texture on the outside, and the pistachio filling added just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. You can really tell their bakery items are made...
