James is by far the best bartender, for a hotel, in the city. He made it better when the hotel accidentally took all of my money, essentially charging me nearly $800 for a simple room for 2 nights.

The food was amazing. I wish they had a little bit more servers so that the servers were focusing on the dining instead of running around and trying to do room service and the dine-in.

A great 1st experience. We had a wonderful service. The salads were great & my son enjoyed the kids chicken tenders. Des was attentive, very friendly & he took great care of our family
