If you don’t mind throwing down for the ultimate brunch experience, this is certainly your place. Tucked right off the Pullman highway just a few minutes from downtown Spokane, this location knows their brunch. When you enter, you get a whiff of fresh baked goods and a large open commercial kitchen that showcases their pastry creations of the day. It's good. But it's only good, not great. Many years ago, it seemed incredible. Perhaps with the incredible increase in popularity it isn't possible to create the same delicious quality. Everything is still presented beautifully, but it isn't as delicious as before. The croissants seemed to have reduced butter (not as tender) and increased water (still gives amazing rise by steam release). There was notably less marzipan and chocolate in the croissants.
