Very good food overall. I highly recommend getting here before 8am and waiting on line as the wait can get very long even by 8:30 or 9. The French toast and monte cristo are consistently good, the fries are excellent, and lattes delicious. I have had fewer worse hamburgers though; the patties are reminiscent of an A&W quality.
I bring my out of town guests here all the time and we have a great experience. Just get here early and skip the burgers.

If you don’t mind throwing down for the ultimate brunch experience, this is certainly your place. Tucked right off the Pullman highway just a few minutes from downtown Spokane, this location knows their brunch. When you enter, you get a whiff of fresh baked goods and a large open commercial kitchen that showcases their pastry creations of the day. While the line can be a bit long on weekends, they have created a seamless system where you order your meal at the front register...
It's good. But it's only good, not great. Many years ago, it seemed incredible. Perhaps with the incredible increase in popularity it isn't possible to create the same delicious quality. Everything is still presented beautifully, but it isn't as delicious as before. The croissants seemed to have reduced butter (not as tender) and increased water (still gives amazing rise by steam release). There was notably less marzipan and chocolate in the croissants.
