The checkerboard is my favorite bar. I love the patio and that it has all the neighborhood vibes. It feels like a best kept secret! I do always try to see who is working and Courtney is my favorite one to go in and see!
Stopped into the checkerboard after work, Courtney served me promptly and made sure I always had a full drink. She was so attentive and out going, she made me a great drink and I will for sure be back!
Perfect balance for a bar, gives neighborhood dive bar vibes but is always the most fun and you leave feeling like you had the best night ever! The staff is amazing and the drinks are always on point!
