Chili's Grill & Bar

Just was not a good place, my mom and I had been here before and the 1st few times was great but when we went the other night the waiter was pissy, the food wasn't hot, and it was over all just to packed and loud. I had really wanted to enjoy the evening but we took off as soon as dinner came out.

Mozzarella sticks are outstanding!

I was traveling in the states and literally could not go without attending a chilis. This location did not disappoint me, and was hands down the best value for dollar that we had our entire trip.
I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and my husband had one of the burgers.
The pickles on the burger slaps, the quesadilla is perfect.
The young lady server we had was super sweet and accommodating.
I cant wait to return to this chilis again!
Chilis come back to Canada - we miss you!!!

Leaving a one star review because they charged me for another tables order said they had the wrong tablet at my table. They asked me to re swipe my card for my bill. Saying I would get my $102 back refunded. I went ahead paid for my bill thinking they would actually refund me. A few business days go by nothing. I call talk to the Manager Chris he took my name and card number. Said he would be sure to put it in the system if not already. He never did. Over a week has gone by and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. The food is no better than McDonald's and service all around sucks. Won't be coming back.

They use dirty mop water for your drinking water, barely put any alcohol in your drinks, food was cold. Waitress was really nice but never going to another chilis again

The hype for the Triple Dipper is real. And it did not disappoint! The cheese pull on the mozz sticks were insane! The only downside was the parking situation. DO NOT PAY until you speak with the host first. They’ll cover it for you.

Rude hostesses. 4 of them just standing there. They didn't even put my name on they list. Waited 15-20 minutes and asked them and they forgot to write my name. Also,bathrooms are disgusting.

Just went there and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. We waited and waited and saw people coming in after us were getting seated. So went to check with all the hostesses just standing there. We find out they put the wrong name down. I'm Jessica not Justin. Instead of making it right and placing us at a table they say we can sit at the bar or wait again on the list for another 20 minutes. We left very unhappy. Not waiting again. Ridiculous

The wait staff worked their butts off to provide excellent service. The food was delicious, well portioned,and reasonably priced. Everything was clean and well lit. Very busy around dinner time.

Staff is always friendly. Food is always great. I usually get to go orders and it is painless. They pack the food well and it's always warm when you pick it up! Southwest egg rolls are bomb. Food is always consistently great.

Each bite was better than the last, no complaints here and that’s coming from a picky eater! David was such a great waiter, deserves all the praise!!
