Our home town doesn't have a Chilis, so we visited this one while in Spokane. There was a side parking lot that was pretty full, but we found a space. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when the check-out machine wasn't quite working efficiently. The staff was helpful to get the situation resolved. The food was good and there was a good variety to choose from. The helping were on the larger side, so worth the price!

We live about 5 hours away so we don’t get chilis very often, our server was so kind and quick with all our stuff, food was amazing. Definitely going to come back!

I door dashed food from this chilis more specifically the triple dipper, and I was disappointed since it was cold by the time I got it. The mozzarella sticks were soggy, everything was very greasy and my friend and I got very bad food poisoning the next day. I’m sure that maybe it was a bad moment but if you ever want to try a new place I think it’s best if you go there instead of ordering it.

I ordered sliders, fried mozzarella, boneless wings and chicken strips
The sliders were not fully cooked but at best medium well and I am generous with that assumption. the boneless wings were not boneless and the chicken strips were a little bit tough to chew. The waiter didn't even ask me how I would like my hamburgers cooked. . He also said that the restaurant had lost its Internet connection and were scrambling about to get the correct orders. So He did bring out a complentary chips and salsa. I would question about going there again.

Came for the wicked drink special. Very disappointed. Service was ok. Floors are dirty. Didn’t get the correct presentation or the stir sticks…. Bummed out

Food was decent, I felt like the quality of the food was less than what it’s been. Our waitresses was really good nothing but nice things to say about the wait staff. Food was reasonably fast considering it was busy. I didn’t enjoy the homeless guys watching me eat through the window
