So so so good. A restaurant that made me happy to have gone out to eat. Flavorful and filling with a super friendly and laid back atmosphere.

Great little taqueria restaurant in downtown area. Perfect for a quick bite of drinks with friends. Order as you check in before picking up drinks and your table. I sampled the carne asada, chicken anc pescado tacos (pescado was the fav).

This place is soooo good! Highly recommend trying a few different a few different tacos. Their homemade chips were also so good. The service was fast & the vibe was good!

Ordered 3 tacos - asked for dealers choice. I wasn't in the mood for making decisions. Tell me what's good and I'll eat it. They were all great. I think the lamb was the best, but it wasn't hot. Whatever. All good. Go here. If I had a negative, the order and pay (can't keep your tab open) model - I understand. As a business traveler, I should have pre purchased a 2nd margarita, (which is delicious - and apparently award winning) cause now I can't run my corp card for a 2nd drink without it standing out. My mistake.

It was food. That’s about it. Pay at the counter, get your own water, and pay for chips and salsa. $4-$6 a taco. The margarita was good.Edit to add: Thank you for reaching out. Not attacking, just leaving our opinions. There are plenty of great reviews, and what seems to be lots of happy patrons. I hope others will give this place a try, but be sure to space out your reviews should you and your friends decide to leave one.

Expensive and not good. This place ain’t it. Only menu item worth it was the torta. It’s not Mexican, it’s more American bistro and Mexican fusion.

Servers were polite and respectful but if you’re looking for Mexican it’s not here.

Clean and modern restaurant, servers were all friendly and helpful. If you have any questions about the menu, just ask!I got the lamb taco and the fish taco, and both were incredible. These are not your average tacos, they are truly carefully crafted bites with a lot of thought and effort put into the balance of flavors. Spokane is lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant! My only complaint is that on the lamb taco, I couldn’t find any asparagus for the life of me. If it’s not an ingredient on that taco anymore, or if the restaurant is out of some ingredients, I would have appreciated being told before purchase, that’s all.Highly recommend eating here before you leave Spokane! Very unique food made with great skill, that you won’t find anywhere else!

Short rib and carnitas taco's were ! Try with the table sauces . It took 15 or 20 minutes to get a table, but it was well worth the wait.

Imagine a group of Starbucks hipsters taking over a taqueria. If you can imagine that, that's what it's like eating at cochinitos.Music is terrible, the scene is pretentious without feeling fancy, and the flavors in the tacos clash. The only good thing was the meat portions, but with the prices as they are, it's a wash.If you're in the mood for an authentic taqueria experience, visit tacos del sol instead.

Amazing food and great service. The asada tacos and fresh tortilla chips are the best I've had.

We came here for dinner and it was so busy, the line was out the door! Thankfully it moved quickly and after we ordered, we were able to find a table for three. I ordered the chicken tacos (corn tortilla) and a margarita. The tacos were delish and I loved the beans and rice, too!

Service is 3 only due to long lines and food wait times not their actual service which friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Food is amazing but pricey. If you want to save money get the 2 simple tacos on kids menu. Absolutely delicious and you can get 2 orders aka 4 tacos for $11. If you want 1 of a kind tacos, their artistic style tacos should be tried and enjoyed. This company deserves you patronage as a small local business serving amazing food which is RARE in Spokane! Spokane's food game is usually tragic lol. I have never had a bad meal or drink there! If you are doing "to go/pick-up" orders, there is a dedicated register. No wait...
