Service is 3 only due to long lines and food wait times not their actual service which friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Food is amazing but pricey. If you want to save money get the 2 simple tacos on kids menu. Absolutely delicious and you can get 2 orders aka 4 tacos for $11. My partner and I came downtown for a friends art event . We walked around and explored first night Spokane downtown. When we first stopped by early in the night, the place was very busy. We left and got to see some cool art venues around town.I’m glad we came back later in the night. The restaurant was still busy, a line to the door. But it was worth the wait. Cochinito is tucked into downtown Spokane and was a fun place to try! I shared the chips and salsa with a friend and they were disappointing and I would not order again. I tried the mushroom taco and chicken taco. The mushroom one was fairly spicy but both were tasty. As others have mentioned, it’s on the pricier side for what you get. I’m happy I tried a fun place but won’t really be looking for excuses to return again soon.
