Have been here multiple times, the experience has been pretty consistently positive. There are many ice cream flavors and options, and the employees have been patient, quick and professional every time. I think it's a pretty good value compared to some other ice cream places.

Came in for Mother's Day. Employee was a teen who didn't listen (got my order wrong), did a sloppy job ( wasn't mixed together at all), and I'm fairly certain he just wanted to get the hell out of there. Just like when mine were teens! Ah the memories!

I have been a regular at the North Spokane Cold Stone for several years now, and the experience is consistently awesome!! What truly sets this location apart isn't just the amazing ice cream, but their incredible team.
