If I could give zero stars I would! My friend and I placed an online order two hours prior and show up to get our order. Both of us are first time customers. We go in to about six employees talking amongst themselves, one was helping another customer. I had three different employees look at me and smile not nobody said a word. After standing at the order counter for five minutes, my friend, who is a business owner, says to them is anyone going to acknowledge us I just have an online order to get. One girl says well usually you just push a button to tell us you're here to pick up your order. Ok we've never been here but also most business great their customers. Then two out of the four cookies we ordered the were out of. Why would we not be contacted prior to showing up to pick up an order. Got a refund and will take my money else where. Totally disappointed!!!!!!!
