The cookies were great but the customer service was slightly lacking. The employees very quietly called out the first names of ready orders then sat the order on a back table and just walked away. Several people, including myself, were unaware when our order was ready. So if you come here, listen carefully 😂 Otherwise I really enjoyed this place.
I always love how fast everyone gets me in and out when I make an order. They all seem to have a lot of fun making and distributing them whoever someone comes in. Not to mention all the amazing flavors 🥹🥰
I work late so I'm always coming there at the very last minute to pick up my order . There's been times where my order wasn't complete because they felt like I wasn't coming in so they sold some of my order telling me that i can come back tomorrow to get the cookies that weren't available, like i have all this free time , and the topper is they are telling me this with complete attitude like I'm putting them out because I'm showing up 2 min before...
