The team were absolutely the sweetest I think I’ve ever experienced at a local fast food joint! It’s a hop skip and Jump away from my work and not to mention I get the health care discount! I highly recommend checking them out if you want a top notch experience and lovely atmosphere!
I have been a loyal Dave's Hot Chicken customer for about a year now. We've gone to many different locations. This is the first time we've been to this location, by far the worst experience I've had yet. Many other customers complaining about food quality, quantity and their employees health standards. The soda machine at the front of the restaurant was not usable the ice machine didn't work and all the soda was flat. My fries were completely flavorless....
It was speandy for me and my two kids about 50 bucks. Food was well worth it, seemed to be real chicken, fresh, hot, and seasoned. Drinks came with pop rocks which my youngest spilled every where. They replaced them, cleaned the mess and were so kind to him. Customer service is great!! Better than I have seen in other places for years. Must try
