We deep fry a flour tortilla into the shape of a bowl add some black beans, sour cream, cheese, guacamole and your choice of protein. Then we add some Pico de Gallo and shredded lettuce so that we can legally call it a salad.
Fiesta Salad
This salad likes to party. We top a bed of romaine lettuce with black beans, shredded cabbage, mango salsa, fresh avocado, a cheese blend, and your choice of protein.
Flautas de Pollo
Three deep fried chicken taquitos made with corn tortilla. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, and sour cream. Comes with refried beans and rice.

My family brought me here as they love it. I cannot tell you how surprised I was. It was AMAZING. I struggle to find good places in WA state and living now in AZ I still struggle but this place tops them. The drinks were perfectly mixed and the food was quick, hot, and sooo flavorful. Truly a diamond in the rough. During college schools days it’s usually packed but during off season it’s easier to find a table.

Ordered online as I’m used to their North location, didn’t realize that ordering one order of the “street tacos” meant only one singular taco as the photo online to show the street taco”s” showed there will be 3. Ended up paying close to $15 for three tacos. Not worth it. Super friendly staff just disappointed at the advertisements.

The service here is always above and beyond. Every time I come here, I am greeted by the kindest and most attentive people on staff. The bartenders are wonderful, they have the best birria I’ve ever had, the drinks are affordable, great menu with lots of delicious items.
