The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly kind. There was a minor snafu of a forgotten burger in my order which was quickly corrected and a problem with a gentleman who approached the counter demanding free water, being belligerent with the staff. They gave him the water and were polite with him enough to get him to go away (mostly) quietly.
We had Huckleberry soft serve cones and their super thick shake. All good strong but not overpowering flavor. Counter and work area cleaner than previous visits, still rough around the building and tables.
We've been stopping to get huckleberry soft serve cones every trip to down town Spokane.
The exterior is rough around back and it's a pathway for the transient population near the freeway but it's only an authentic.
