Why is it that a tip is just expected these days labor laws require companies to pay a minimum wage so a Tip should be for good service not just because. This entitlement is crap if it takes over an hour to get a pizza you don't deserve a tip. Sorry

The store on Wellesley and Crestline has gone severely downhill for food, awful service, and a toxic work atmosphere.
This used to be the location we loved. We have only been back a few times this year, trying to give them a chance, but still had missing food, food not hot on carryout, and feeling quite sick after eating. This will not be a place to get what was once the best Domino's location in Spokane. Too bad.

Worst location ever they screw up every order I have ever placed with them. And also rude and very unprofessional.
They should really dump the crew and get all new crew so people can enjoy Domino's again. It's sad the company doesn't get people to buy their pizza solely based on the people that have the shittiest of customer service. Sorry Domino's, you should really hire professional, efficient, workers with good customer service. None of that describes any workers at this location.

Ordered 2 chicken Alfredo’s from there today, got it wrong and it was the 5 cheese Mac and cheese so we went back and got “chick Alfredo” and it was still the 5 cheese Mac and cheese. My guess is that that made way too many of those and just are giving people the wrong pasta.

Terrible pizza, I didn't like it, they put products in my pizza that I removed from it, and the dough was burnt. This is not the first time that they make me a pizza that is not the one I order. I don't advise anyone to order here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They handled our large order like champions while it was already busy! And it was all hot, fresh and delicious! Made me want to put in a job application to join the excitement.

Not doing great lately. Do they have new management or something? Yesterday my friend had a pizza delivered to her at our house and it was burnt to a crisp. She called and they wouldn't refund her, only offered a credit, which she didn't want since she doesn't order pizza often. The manager refused to even speak to her, which looks very poorly on management. Tonight we ordered ourselves a pizza and they didn't even deliver both of our pizzas. Ordered two and only got one of them. Breadsticks are really extra crisp too. 👎

I stopped getting anything delivered because my order is usually wrong every time. I love Dominos food so I keep going back and ordering carryout hoping they get it right. However I regret it every time!! You mess up an order offer the customer a free desert to make up for again another wrong order, then never make the free desert after sitting there for 30 minutes to remake what was messed up. I AM DONE!!!! I WILL FIND A BETTER PLACE!!!! (👎wish you could give negative stars 👎)

We have ordered pizza from your store twice within a month and the first time we ordered a hand tossed pizza and the crust was paper thin. So we decided to order the same pizza this time but it was new York style crust and it was the exact same paper thin. I don't know if you have changed your crust but it's horrible. We won't be coming back

How does a 2 minute drive take 26? Also, how when it says they're on the way say tracking is down? That's not questionable? Ya cool more than 1 stop but if you can't still deliver fresh food don't try. It's disgusting and just set the site up for orders to be longer for fresh food not lukewarm not properly cut food. A child could cut it better. What a joke.

I had a problem with my order to which it was handled so perfectly that I having been in the restaurant business for 25 yrs am still impressed with the gentleman who handled it. He represented true customer service and there are not many places anywhere anymore that really even care about customer service. Great job!

I ordered a pizza with ham and other toppings. The ham was cold and looked like I came home and cut up lunch meat. See the cooked ham pizza vs. lunchmeat pizza? Mngr said they forgot while making so she heated it a tin and threw it on...seriously? BS. I'm done with this place! Remake it rather than lose a customer? Guess not.
