I don’t know what happened at this location, but their service is terrible. Train your employees to provide better services to customers. My mom just went in to pick up an order and an employee walked away/ignored her when she was asking for help. I don’t know if it was racism or just the employee being lazy.

I just tried to order an emergency pizza that I had sent to my email. Went to the store and nobody there seemed to know how to order it. Then I was told I had to wait 24hrs after I accepted the email. All the Manger said then was sorry.... Not great service!

I had a terrible experience with my recent order. I placed an order around 9:30pm, and it wasn’t delivered until 11:30pm. I understand delays can happen, but the customer service made the situation worse. I called to check on my order and was repeatedly told by the person on the phone, James, “life is good.” While I agree that there’s much to be thankful for, this response felt dismissive when I was simply frustrated about my food arriving two hours late.
To add to the frustration, I was put on hold for a long time and eventually hung up on. When the driver, James, finally arrived, he insisted that I needed to pay again, even though I had already paid. I explained that I had spoken to someone about this earlier, but he continued to repeat “life is good.” I was irritated by this response, especially given the circumstances.
I understand that James shared his personal story about being from Ukraine and about bombs going off rudely which is on my ring doorbell camera, and while I empathize with his situation, it felt inappropriate in the context of resolving a customer service issue. He stepped very close to almost inside my door and I immediately shut it because that was weird and inappropriate. I hope Domino’s will address this and improve their customer service because this experience was unacceptable.

I'm shocked with how many stars they have because they have always treated so well. This last time, my husband went in and they gave us extra halloween treats for our son at home w me. We got parm bread bites and they fillllled the box lol. Always makes my pizza correct. They delivered the wrong pizza once but sent another right away. They've just always been respectful.
