Very personable service. Great drinks. Good prices, even better with happy hour. A tasting flight of 3 whiskeys is a better $5. Even more, you can probably get a few free tastes at the store. Happy hour is $1 of of drinks and $2 off of some food. We didn't try the food, but it smelled Delicious. No televisions, which is actually appreciated. The staff is happy to talk about whiskey, cocktails, food. All very friendly. The windows into the production area make for a cool view.
Stunning location and building, especially at night. From tasting room you can see the beautiful distillery area. Polished copper stills! Very affordable flights. Salmon dip wonderful. I prefer the aged whiskeys, called their Catch and Release series.

A hidden GEM! Great cocktails and good beer selection (goes without saying) but the FOOD is exceptional. Seriously well worth anyone's time to treat themselves to a meal here. Kid friendly, fast and just delicious in every way
