This Dutch Bros (on Francis) has some of the best staff and customer service. I love the people here. I am no where near as fond of any other DB as I am this location. Always a pleasure visiting with them.
Always a delight to stop at our favorite Dutch Bros and this one was great as always. I tried a caramel brulee oatmilk latte (no whip) and it had just the right blends of flavors, rich and creamy without being too thick or too sweet. Also had a nice brief chat to hear about the issue on the highway nearby, a truck wiping out a bridge on I-90 and having up traffic for many miles in both directions. Yeah, that latte sure came in handy!
My first time going to dutch bros and might be my last. The staff were super friendly and helpful but the coffee wasn't great. I ordered the Caramelizer and was very disappointed. All I tasted was strong coffee flavor which is great but I was expecting carmel and didn't taste any. I'm sure they would have gladly fixed them for us but we had already driven away when we tasted them and didn't want to turn around. I did look the drink up on your website menu and...
