My sister and I had gone to Spokane for the day and decided to grab Dutch Bros for us and our grandmother, they gave us the coffee which didn't taste like it had any flavoring we'd requested and completely forgot to give us the cookie that we were charged and paid for.
We ordered online and the barista on the side we were on was quite slow. The other side went through 5 cars to our 2 car side. Also, the app said our drinks would be ready by s certain time. By the time we got to the window it was passed that time and our drinks weren't even started. Not the best experience.
Love this location! They've never messed up my usual complicated order. They are always friendly. The music isn't super loud; you don't have to shout to be heard. All in all my favorite location! The baked goods are also very tasty. Pup cups come with a dog biscuit!
