Five Guys in Spokane Valley, I will start with the good:
Service was very good, the young guy who took our order was very polite, very patient, very helpful, and very respectful. I wish I'd have gotten his name.
The Order, our order was delayed ( there were only two in our party meaning no complicated specialities) and somehow got pushed down the prep line. I will say the place was busy so let's extend some grace.

Good burgers in the zone

They are acceptable and a good balance price/quality

Time to be attended is good (more or less 10 minutes p/ order)
They offered a good many as snack ;)

I think the portion is also good
The fries in my opinion are too oiled and not the best but I like the burgers.
You can add a lot of toppings for free, it's a plus

Parking lot is available for free...
