“Enjoyed my croissant sandwich and desert. The only thing that made it a poor experience was the service. We went on a $2 off sandwich on a Monday. When we pointed out that we did not get $2 off, we were informed that we should have told them prior to the completion of the sale. Bottom line, they didn’t take the $2 off. It’s a little thing, but poor service will make me choose somewhere else the next time we are out for lunch.“

We had 2 types of Eggs Benedict, the pork hash and the Croque Madame and mango mimosas. All meals were delicious. We also had an order of the freshly made donuts-yum! “I bought a slice of blueberry flavored coffee cake and a GF blueberry muffin on my way to work. The coffee cake was perfectly crisp on the outside and super moist on the inside. The blueberries were delicious! The blueberry muffin was especially moist inside and also delicious!“

Vegetarian options: Several salad recipes with an additional option to build your own from the numerous ingredients on their menu. They also have some hot dishes that are pretty tasty, and their cookies are great.“

“We visit Manito Park every time we come to Spokane, but this was the first time we had ever tried the Rockwood Bakery, and it was a nice surprise. Love the decor, just felt like a warm, inviting space to sit and enjoy a nice coffee and a wonderful baked item. The Counterperson was bright, cheerful, and seemed to really enjoy her job - which was very refreshing to see. I had a HUGE slice of strawberry rhubarb pie (with whipped cream on the side!), and my wife had a blueberry muffin. My pie was awesome, my Wife thought the muffin was a little dry, but had good flavor. Prices were very reasonable. We will be back for sure!“

And on her final day, after a fun time out at the casino and driving in her new car, feeling freedom for once after a long time, the last thing she ate was a nothing-Bundt-cake. “I just love this place. 1st off I must say the ppl are incredibly sweet and charming and I've never felt more hospitality at a restaurant in Spokane. This is the best Thai food I've found since my actual time in Thailand and it's one of my safe places as a non meat eater 😁 I am greatful for the extra veggie option in place of protein in many of the dishes and they are very generous. Today I ordered the Tom Yum soup with "mixed veggies" and I know this is just what I need to kick this nasty cold I have out of my system. “Lilac City did our wedding cake and cupcakes. They turned out fantastic. The cupcakes were so cute and gluten free/dairy free. Our guests loved them. Our wedding cake was a delicious lemon raspberry. They were easy to work with and their café area is super cute and full of all sorts of delicious food/desserts. I would highly recommend them!“

I purchased a couple hand pies, cherry and strawberry rhubarb, and was very satisfied. Perfect amount of filling, buttery/flakey/light crust.. “I met up with a friend here on my way to the airport to head back to Portland. The food was pretty darn good. They have a pretty standard menu with some great fresh twists on traditional items. I got the Eggs Florentine which was delicious. It was all perched on a piece of rosemary toast that really elevated the dish. Their pastries are wonderful! I did get to try a croissant before they sold out and it was perfection. My only issue with this place is that it is INCREDIBLY busy all the time. Because it’s always busy, it takes quite a while to get your food and you have already stood in line for 20 or so minutes waiting to order. The servers were nice but seemed very overwhelmed. I would recommend getting here right when it opens, or toward the end of their day so you don’t have to wait so long and feel rushed. OR, don’t have plans or a strict time line if you decide to try their delicious food and pastries. The food was delicious and if you are willing to wait, it is definitely worth it.“

“My husband and I were making some health changes in our food and discovered this amazing bread maker. We love the atmosphere and the people are so friendly. We live in Nine Mile Falls and drive over to get the bread. It's a good distance but we feel it's so worth it because it's such delicious bread. Thank you too the owner and staff.“

“Silly that you can’t leave a 5-star review unless the entire restaurant is veggie-based. LOVE that this quick and cheap pizza chain offers vegan Italian sausage and vegan cheese! The vegan sausage was made especially for MOD and is seasoned really nicely. TIP: after completing your build your own pizza, ask them to drizzle olive oil on top and do a “well done bake” so that the cheese melts a little better! Very cool to be able to take the family (which includes vegans and non-veggie eaters) to the same place, everyone gets what they want without fuss and it’s a reasonably-priced treat for all of us!“

I did and it took money off my credit card and left the money on the app. the worker said she could not get my money off the app. it's simply stuck or lost. so our two moderate sized bowls of yogurt cost $30.19 I feel frustrated and ripped off."“
