Wow! Let me tell you a story...a story about a relationship about a mother and a son...50 years ago, my mom used to take me to a chinese restaurant whenever I was really good! Needless to say, this experience was very rare so, VERY special! Fast forward to now. We recently refinanced our home and mom said she would splurge and buy us a huge feast of chinese food. As always, Happiness lives up to its name. Both the Cashew Chicken and the Triple Crown were brimming with fresh vegetables, flavorful, and excellent in every way. The Family Dinner is an incredible feast, with huge portions of delicious dishes. It will keep us well fed all weekend!
