My daughter wasn't feeling well and wanted soup. We decided to order in for the first time And have it delivered. She got the seafood hot and sour soup and is very happy. Ordered a large delivery order totaling over $70 and upon opening one box we found they filled our box with vegetables and lo Mein with maybe one or two tiny pieces of chicken.
We called to explain the dissatisfaction and see if we could get a new order only to argue with the person on the phone.

Hong Kong Express Chinese Restaurant And Poke Express is a popular spot known for its delicious food, large portions, and quick service. Customers often appreciate that the food is cooked fresh when ordered, ensuring it is hot and flavorful. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including favorites like the popo platter, egg foo Yung, and egg flower soup, as well as poke bowls. Many reviews highlight the generous rice portions and the great taste of the meals, making it an excellent choice for takeout. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy times such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, when the restaurant remains open despite being crowded.
However, the entrance can be tricky to find since it is located toward the back of another restaurant, with signs helping guide customers. The restaurant has limited seating, so it is mainly suitable for takeout. Accessibility can be an issue, as it is not very ADA friendly and requires going through one restaurant to reach the other. Some concerns were raised about ingredient markings and questions regarding dietary restrictions, but overall, the quality and speed of service keep customers satisfied. Despite minor inconveniences, Hong Kong Express remains a favored option for tasty Chinese food and poke bowls, appreciated especially when other places are closed.
