Best food I’ve had in Spokane, hands down. This place is a true hidden gem. Sit at the bar if you can and watch them work their magic… the bartending alone is next level. I don’t think you could go wrong with any dish on their rotating seasonal menu featuring fresh, local ingredients!

No questions, the best brunch in Spokane! Been at least 6 times and it never fails to impress me!

Everything We ordered tasted so perfect :) The portion was very reasonable. I could actually tasted the spiciness in Tagliatelle (which was wonderful because I hate tomate-based pasta dishes). Staff are nice and efficient even though they were short-handed.

There is a lot of care and detail that goes into each plate.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, but also don't.

Walked in at 12:55pm on a Saturday hoping to eat but was told the kitchen is closed. Please change the hours on Google and your website (both say 2pm)

I dream about their chive oil. One of my all time favorite meals was their toasted bread with fresh cut smoked salmon and the chive oil which they generously made dairy free for me. Every time I'm in town I have to go back to see what they're cooking up - the flavors are always so exceptional and thoughtful. I also learned that I love Congee here at their chinese new year experience!

I’d say this is the absolute best breakfast place I’ve ever been. The food is absolutely delicious, incredibly unique, and hits the spot every time.

Went for brunch. All the food was excellent. The flavors on the Burrata with the watermelon aquachile was superb. Biscuits and gravy was also pretty much to die for. Very impressed by the cocktails as well, balance of flavors.

Cannot wait to come back.

Inland Pacific Kitchen is a culinary contradiction that'll blow your mind! ?️ Nestled in what seems to be a rough part of town, this gem proves that looks can be deceiving (Unless you're built like a linebacker or have ninja skills, you might want to drive here).

The moment you step inside, you're transported to a beautiful space that defies its industrial surroundings. The drinks are liquid art - delightful concoctions that go down smoother than silk.

The music? It's the perfect soundtrack to your meal, enhancing the vibe without drowning out conversation.

The halibut is a masterpiece that'll make you question everything you thought you knew about fish. It's so perfectly cooked and delicately flavored, it might just ruin all other halibut for you. The fusion of braised radishes, asparagus, zucchini, pea, and black garlic ramp purée is a symphony of flavors.

The basil gelato and almond cake combo is a revelation that'll convert even the most staunch vanilla ice cream devotee.

Spokane, you've got a winner here. Keep showing Inland Pacific Kitchen some love, because more people need to experience this culinary journey. It's no wonder Seattle Met magazine named it one of the best in the state! ?

Outstanding! It's a must when in Spokane. Always a little different than the norm. Always excellent! Try the Dragonfly and a new York strip!

So disappointed. We were looking for a new place for brunch somewhere different for the our hubbys are fishing it’s girls day. We had reservations for 07/13/24 at 9 am. We were seated pretty promptly the atmosphere was very cool , love this building. The wait staff was friendly but unfortunately the food was terrible. I had the chicken Loco Moco ever since we went to Hawaii l love the dish. But not this one, the cold Hawaiian Mac salad was served between a hot piece of chicken and hot rice. The gravy was absolutely yuck, it was super sweet nothing like what is on Loco Moco. Even if the gravy was on something else it was really bad.
My friend had the biscuits and gravy with the Giardiniera which is a Italian pickled veg dish that suppose to be served before pasta… they poured it all over the top all you could taste was nothing but vinegar, what the heck way to ruin a traditional dish.
Look I get it take something someone thinks is boring and give it a new twist but you missed the mark with these.
