Food is stellar. Drinks are amazing. Likely the best restaurant in Spokane.

Creative and tasty. There are a couple of items that can be made vegan--a beans and rice dish and avocado toast. I had the Benedict made vegetarian, and it was excellent (they added potato, parsnip, and extra broccolini), but I had to order off menu to do that. They do have Bellinis with house made seasonal sorbet. Because the culinary skills seem very good and they have more vegetables on hand than most breakfast places, I suspect you could just ask them to create a vegan meal and they could come up with something good. Hands down one of the best, if not THE best, restaurant in town. Their breakfast is always killer and we also love the new Nekojita Ramen that they are doing in the evenings. The staff is amazing and we always have great experiences with Ryan and Molly when we visit. This is a must try establishment if you are looking for the best brunch in town.

Absolutely amazing brunch we haven't been on a date in a while and oh my it was best espresso martini I've ever had, I got pesto gnocchi (it had a different name because they add ricotta) with bacon and egg I feel like I died and went to heaven. My boyfriend got the stuffed French toast which he loved. Service was awesome, waitor was knowledgeable and helpful. We will most definitely be back!

Run (don't walk) there. Waddle (don't walk) away. Shiii was amazing. Pork filled waffles were a revelation. Drop your dimes and dollars here, not somewhere else. Thank me later.

My son suggested going here and I am glad we did.Never have been a waffle person but was definitely converted. He had the Benedict and we shared half and half. My only complaint is I live west of the cascades and I will have to wait for the experience again. Thanks for the wonderful brunch

6 stars!! We all had a different Ramen and each one was unique and equally delicious! The broth and wild mushrooms will have you craving this spot and coming back for more! The service was outstanding and the drinks were perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant!! Definitely make a reservation, as it is not a secret that this place is awesome and it's busy!

Such a gem in Spokane...Foods too pretty to eat! The Korean spicy chicken biscuit is one of the best, literally melts in your mouth.

Wife and I came to IPK as part of a weekend Spokane getaway.

Atmosphere fun and lively, brightly lit, perfect for brunch.

Servers were extremely friendly and welcoming.

We ordered the smoked salmon Benedict and brisket hash. Benedict definitely won, the hollandaise was perfect, the salmon was cooked perfectly, and the eggs were perfectly runny.

The brisket hash was also good, but be warned that the potatoes are not finely diced in the typical sense of breakfast hash, but rather large cubes/chunks.

I can't exactly recall what drinks we got, but they were also very yummy!

We were visiting from BC Canada. Loved this place, wish we had more places like this where we live.
Delightful and creative menu. Enjoyed our brunch very much and our server was lovely and attentive.
Very fresh ingredients. Including the smoked salmon, actual smoked salmon that was not processed. My Mango Bellini had actual mango in it. Funny to state that my food had real ingredients in it but that is the issue these days as ingredients aren’t always great which is possibly due to cost or quick corners.
Highly recommend for visitors and locals as it’s clear how much effort goes in to the menu, plus, it’s a really cool vibe there.

I took my mom here for a birthday brunch and she was glowing. The food couldn't be better and is cheaper than you'd expect. IPK crew, you should charge more!
