My friend and I make it a point to come here every time we're in Spokane. This time we went for dinner, and then came back for brunch in the morning. Meals were incredible as always, but in the morning we were greeted like old friends, making the whole experience infinitely better.A few words on the food. IPK is one of the most consistently inventive restaurants I've ever been to. Every meal I've had has blown me away, and gotten me excited for their next menu change/my next time in Spokane.I recommend this restaurant to everyone I meet, but thought I should recommend to the internet at large as well. Keep up what you're doing guys!

Loved my first experience at Inland Pacific Kitchen. The eggs benedict might be my favorite in Spokane now. The hollandaise is robust, sweet and tangy = delicious. I also got the butterscotch latte! An underrated flavor in my opinion but not too sweet. The interior is a cool industrial vibe. I went during Sunday brunch hours and they were nearly full so service was a bit slow. I still had to stand in line to get seated even though I had a reservation then it took several more minutes for someone to greet us at our seats. But everyone was very nice!Parking: Plenty of parking available in the parking lot on the weekend but during the week, they are reserved for other businesses in the building so it would be street meter parking only during the week.

Got a gift card for my parents to come for dinner. They tend to be picky, but LOVED this place. We came back for brunch and it was another great experience (drinks, music, plating, taste). They also offered plenty of vegan choices upon request. Will definitely be bringing out of town guests here when they come to visit!

We came here for the atmosphere but got seated in a room away from the restaurant, wish they would have let you know while making the reservation. Took forever and I mean forget to get our drinks as well. Food was just ok, have definitely had better brunches elsewhere in town. Kind of a let down we were really looking forward to it. Our server was nice though.

Our brunch got off to a bit of a slow start. We had reservations, got seated quickly but waited about 15 minutes before the server came over to out table to get our drink ordersOur meals arrived in just 35 minutes, which was great! While we were there, I didn’t notice any kids or teenagers around. I asked our server if they had a kid’s menu, and she said they didn’t. However, she suggested that the pancakes or cinnamon buns would be a great option for them, as they were thick and shareable - and they definitely are shareableHoneydew bellini. Sparkly bubble, not too sweet. I would say a mixture of sweet and tart. Loved watching the sorbet melt into the drink. The Butterscotch latte was not too heavy on the butterscotch, so it was not sweet. First time trying warm oatmilk. Overall, it wasn’t bad.Fried chicken and biscuitImagine biting into a juicy piece of fried chicken with a perfectly cooked egg on top and a flaky biscuit on the side. Delish! The chicken is not dry and wasn’t microwaved. And the biscuit...oh, the biscuit! It’s so flaky, my husband couldn’t resist stealing it. The coleslaw had a delicious sesame taste that complemented the meal perfectly. This meal is the definition of comfort food.Tallstack is the reason I came here temptation at its finest. It didn’t disappoint whatsoever the fluffiest pancakes I’ve eaten. Mike said it was too sweet for him. But he did like the pancakes by themselves. More for me, lolSteak and eggsRibeye, cook the way you like. Mike said he could tell the steak was not frozen, fresh meat. There’s a difference in quality.Overall, I was very impressed with the atmosphere, the vibe and vegan-friendly items on the menu. My only regret not trying this place sooner. We will be making reservations to try dinner.Inland Pacific Kitchen? 304 W Pacific Ave Ste 160Spokane, WA 99201United States

I am so mad at myself for not trying IPK sooner. SO. GOOD. Everything was beautiful and delicious. I had the chicken and biscuit and For the biscuit connoisseurs the best buttery biscuits in town. For the Benedict lovers the hollandaise is buttery perfection (handmade not a mix). Espresso Martini where they pull a shot. If you haven been here go. Now. It’s worth it.

The food was absolutely fantastic. However, the atmosphere lost a star because you could feel the restaurant was understaffed. It didn't feel like they were of aware of our reservation and got lucky to throw two tables together for our party. Despite how charming the chairs were, they seemed a bit worn out, making it challenging to maintain good posture. We weren't offered a second drink, possibly because our server was also doubling as the bartender. (It's akin to when your parent is a counselor but ends up ignoring all your problems.) Despite wanting to celebrate my new job, this did put a bit of a damper on the experience, as I didn't want to burden our already busy server by requesting another drink directly from the bar. When we asked for separate checks, a different server responded with something like, "I'll just bring your check, and you can sort it out." It was a somewhat awkward response. But, because the food and drinks were so delicious I would definitely return.

And here I thought Ruins was the best food in Spokane.....little did I know! Inland Pacific Kitchen surpasses every other restaurant I've been to in this fine city. Every dish was totally equisite! And when the waiter found out I was not eating sugar, he made a special dessert with their house-made marscapone and honey! What a great wonderful experience! Thank you IPK!!!

What a disappointment. We had dinner here before and it was outstanding, what you’d expect from one of Spokanes best restaurants. Had the brunch yesterday and had a terrible experience. Waitress must’ve had one too many edibles before work, she couldn’t find our reservation, waited far too long for service, then screwed up the drink orders. My hash had a golf ball sized lump of fat, the veggies were marginally cooked and one of the potatoes had a dime sized rotten spot. My wife’s kimchi rice was so over seasoned, she couldn’t eat it. Very unfortunate, we won’t be back.

Inland Pacific Kitchen was a surprise find while I was traveling through this part of town. Had an early dinner reservation and walked into the restaurant not knowing what to expect. Everything on the menu looked amazing, but we kicked off the evening with a cocktail and ordered the following items:- Hamachi Crudo- Rye Sourdough- Raw Oysters- Tre Grani de Pepe- Ribeye- Banana Leaf SorbetI don't think they had a lot of oysters in stock, but we were blessed with half a dozen of creamy oysters. The hamachi crudo was amazing as they paired with a slice of pineapple. I liked how the fish and pineapple complimented each other. All other dishes were on point, but the biggest surprise of the evening was the Banana Leaf Sorbet. The mochi and sorbet were good, but the biggest surprise was the cilantro simple. As someone who does not like desserts overwhelmingly sweet, this was the perfect item to close the evening.Would recommend this restaurant if you want to have a nice evening out without breaking your piggy bank.
