Dive through. Often out of certain beverages (especially diet sodas). It is difficult to hear through the drive through. Having similarly named items adds to the confusion.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Every time I have fast food I leave feeling disrespected, the entire industry has gone to crap. $10 for a tiny Burger with nothing on it, my sourdough Jack didn't even have the bacon on it,
fries were cold. I would give one star, but the egg rolls were decent.

Absolutely appallin customer service, or lack thereof. I placed my order through the Jack mobile app at approximately 2:05 p.m. I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 2:15 p.m. and was told to wait several minutes before I could tell them I was there for a pickup. That is okay and I understand it can be busy inside. After a few minutes of silence I was told to pull forward after informing them I was there for a pickup. I pulled up to the window and waited there nearly 10 minutes and no one answered . Toward the end of that 10 minutes I even pounded on the metal counter to try to get someone's attention so I can get the status of my order. No one answered and so I exited the drive-thru and I went into the store itself.

I can understand if stores are busy or something is happening but I went inside and there was simply ONE customer in line and NO ONE ELSE. It appeared the shift had a FULL CREW of at least four employees with one customer in the store.

I consider myself reasonable and can be understanding if I am communicated with and treated with respect as a paying customer. I waited in line behind the one person in line who was not a native English speaker and was having some difficulty placing an order. While the cashier was helping the person in line, the cashier asked me for my order. I had told them that I had placed my order 25 minutes ago through the jack app and I am running late and this is why I order a head and I would just like to know the status of my order. The cashier then informed me that they could help me in a little while. I was pretty upset at this point as I was getting very close to being late for work, and keep in mind it had been 25 minutes since I placed my order. However I waited a few minutes and watched while the other employees in the kitchen who are standing around and literally doing nothing, staring like mind-blanked gorillas at me. I waited a few more minutes until I could wait no longer and I would be late for work. I told them that I was very unhappy and I would report them to corporate. I never did get my food has no one communicated the status and I had to go to work and so I filed a refund through the app

About a month ago I had another experience where the manager of the store on Division and Francis actually reached out to me when I filed a complaint when I ordered through the Jack mobile app and the store was closed so they charged me but I couldn't get my food. The manager actually admitted to gross negligence because he told me that there was only one employee, a new hire who didn't know what they were doing, that day. I honestly don't care what the explanation is, that store should not have been taking orders and that is gross negligence if that store was still taking online orders with no one to satisfy it, as well as the laws broken by understaffing a restaurant of that size. Considering the intensity and frequency and how disruptive these two incidents were for me I am boycotting Jack in the Box until I die and there is nothing that would stop me unless I got free food from them and even then it would only be to waste their money and give it to people who were hungry.

It is unfortunate because I have dined at Jack In The Box many times in the past. Unfortunately these instances were so drastic with such unacceptible managerial negligence or pure lack of even basic customer service skills that I have decided I will only ever patronize this company's competitors from here on out.

Of course I cannot speak for every order and as I have said I've had many orders that were not this bad so your experience may vary but I posted these for a reason to let people know that this happens sometimes.

Place told me they couldn’t swap my sausage on my food for bacon because “it would mess up our inventory count” for the bacon..added to the sandwhich.. that gets handed out… is counted……?

Opinions are subjective but I do have photos and a receipt. Anything you see advertised by Jack In The Box and the sociopathic, play with your head, photos that aren't even within 4% accuracy of the actual product, will serve you correctly in determining that you'll never be a sober customer again.

Nearly $10 (9.29 w/ tax) for a single sourdough jack burger by itself? They forgot the bacon, patty tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for 4 hours. Dry and flavorless. If you’re extremely angry at your money, by all means go here. The utter disappointment ranks among my highest.
