Always missing items, never compensate for their mistakes, this location is so bad. Half of the are literal zombie robots. Food’s hardly ever hot always room tempt. Always apologetic staff but nothing’s changed in the last 6 months. I’ll drive to other locations before I come here again fed up with the bad food and missing items.

I use to like this location but recently it's getting worse. I just purchased the banana French toast Stix and ended up with the regular ones. Whis is all too common as of recently. I live in the area so it was conveniently close but I'm finding I'm having to go to different locations for better service.

My husband and I drove through on the way home this evening. The gentleman taking our order on 02/01/25 at 1013 am. Male 6'2 larger. Was so off putting and inconvenienced by us ordering that we could barley get a word in without him interrupting. Then when we got to the window to pay we tried to ask for ranch to be added to our order he ignored us and shut the window. When he came back and handed us our bag I politely asked can we please have some ranch he said "oh last ranch" put it in the bag and closed the window. Extremely rude and clearly not happy with his job. When fast food costs as much as going out to a restaurant customer service is till a must.
