the owners at taco vado are rad! the food is fresh, delicious amd innovative! the queso and the vegan vado are my favorite! we order at least once a month!!!! healthy, delicious, local!!!!! a spokane staple!
Hubby and I went to Taco Vado for the first time last night and it did not disappoint! We happened to go on their first night of having live music, which was such a fun surprise — and the singer was fantastic! I had the barbacoa burrito while my husband got the barbacoa bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. Their cebollita slaw was amazing and such a standout. We finished the night with the tres leches cake, which was heavenly. Can’t wait to go back!
