I came here at 3 AM. Not only did they show me and my friend endless hospitality, THEY MADE AN EXCEPTION FOR US. After traveling the wasteland that is downtown Spokane, our hero saved us. She had neck tattoos and she’s super tuff. She brought our burritos out to us after we drove 15 miles on lime scooters. If that isn’t hospitality, I genuinely don’t know what is. I went through the odyssey to be here and it absolutely lived up to the expectations.
It’s fast food, what can I say.
The morning Crew rocks even the maintenance guy too 🤘🤘🤘

Jack In The Box is a restaurant with a mixed experience. Some dishes, such as loaded mini tacos, can be delicious, while others may not meet expectations. The breakfast service, however, is a highlight, with friendly and helpful staff that make customers feel valued. Shane, in particular, provides excellent customer service, listening and validating customers, which creates a positive impression. The 24-hour drive-thru is very convenient, although the restaurant can be inconsistent—sometimes food is not very fresh or takes a long time to serve. The milkshakes are highly praised, described as "the bomb," and worth every penny, even if customers have to pay extra to use the bathroom due to local policies. Employees are generally nice and accommodating, but some can be a bit rude. The restaurant has had issues with wandering individuals after dark, but overall, the staff is friendly. The manager is respectful and cares about employee well-being, fostering a positive work environment. The restaurant is clean and serves fresh, quality food as ordered. Overall, it is a decent option, but experiences may vary.
