Hands down this is the best Jack in the box the people through the drive-thru are incredible and just the service provided from Orlando this evening is impeccable.
Everybody is in such a rush that customer service is forgotten about quite often and so I truly appreciate the smile and the friendly service.

Spicy crispy chicken sandwich always is a go to. Better than all the chicken places...simple and crispy.

Employees are generally nice and accommodating, but some can be a bit rude. The restaurant has had issues with wandering individuals after dark, but overall, the staff is friendly. The manager is respectful and cares about employee well-being, fostering a positive work environment. The restaurant is clean and serves fresh, quality food as ordered. Overall, it is a decent option, but experiences may vary.
