This is the 1st Jack-N-the-Box I've been to and the Manager is respectful to his employees. The food was really good. The place was clean and the bathrooms were too. The manager is a Rockstar and 100% cares about his employees. I won't repeat the conversation between the two. You can tell the employees enjoy working here. Everything was on point. I will definitely be back. The food was fresh and exactly as I ordered it.

Husband and Daughter went through drive thru for some shakes and my husband had hard black bits in his vanilla milkshake and he and I both have a burning feeling in our throat after finishing our food. My daughter came home saying the person at the window was rude. Never eating here
Haven't been to any Jack in the box in a few years. Used to love it. I went over the weekend around 9pm to the drive thru. The girls were really nice (that's the only reason why I didn't give only one star) and I ordered curly fries and two sourdough burgers. Food came fast and after I got a good mile or two away, I opened the bag and the bag of fries was barely even half full. When it's curly fries, that added up to maybe 4 fries. For around $3.50, I expect it to be full.Then I opened the burgers...they were both almost cold!!!! Almost cold!!!! Not warm, not pleasant, not even room temp. They were both freaking almost cold like they were sitting on a cold stainless steel counter for quite a while. Both of them no less.What a total disappointment for everything I ordered. I used to LOVE Jack in the box and I was hoping this would make me love them all over again and make we want to frequent it more often. now i guess it'll be another 5 or 6 yrs till I ever return.

I hate this jack in the box they always have you park in the front after going through the drive thru to cute down their drive thru times and still make the customers wait forever. It s called FAST food for a reason. If I wanted to wait 15 to 20mins for my food I would go to denny’s and now they made my husband late for work literally taking 20 minutes after we ordered and we’re told to go sit out front in the parking lot. I have been a cook most of my adult life and it is ridiculous to me that sausage and egg sandwiches six of them take over 20 minutes for real. oh there’s a chocolate cake that comes in frozen as well do not go to the Jack in the box they suck they refuse to sub out crispy chicken for grilled chicken all kinds of stuff place is ridiculous
