We tried ordering through the website but there was a mess up with the system (from other reviews it looks like this is a common occurance )): ) so my order never went through. The workers were really helpful, though, and gave me a soda while I waited on the phone with customer service and quickly got on my order when I finally decided to try to refund the online and order in person. A little bit depressing, I got a famous bowl with 5 tiny nuggets and unmelted cheese. Either I just don’t remember this being so disappointing or somebody is cutting back on food costs! How appetizing?!?! I mean I’ll still throw some hot sauce on this and eat though lol! I’m too lazy to go back through the drive thru and have too much anxiety to ask for a replacement, more chicken, or a refund lol.
