I ordered a large fry, large ice water and honey mustard. Total came to$10.65! I've never had to pay soda price for water here before, usually like $1.25. They didn't even give me the sauce! I didn't notice until I got to my destination and wasn't turning around for it. I'm just flabbergasted at the price for this order and to still have mistakes.

If I am buying dinner for 2 and you give us single servings for one that is ridiculous! You give chicken for 2 but sides for one! The service mediocre at best and got questioned about who I was for a pick up order after I told a worker I was there to pick up and gave my name! I will not be going back there again, not worth if for the money you spend!

The staff was very nice. The food was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant . the restaurant was very clean. I do think I like original recipe more than extra crispy.... My taste buds have changed since I was a kid.Kid-friendliness: It was a nice place for the kids to there was no negative talk there was no bad influences on them. Kids love the stickers that got. And the manager or whoever helped us was a very pleasant and nice.

I bought a four piece box of chicken and three biscuits with fries and a small side. I got home and there were only three pieces of chicken and one biscuit, no side. They said they didn't have any mashed potatoes and gravy. No butter or honey!

We tried ordering through the website but there was a mess up with the system (from other reviews it looks like this is a common occurance )): ) so my order never went through. The workers were really helpful, though, and gave me a soda while I waited on the phone with customer service and quickly got on my order when I finally decided to try to refund the online and order in person. Definitely order on the phone or in person, but the team working is super helpful and friendly :)

A little bit depressing, I got a famous bowl with 5 tiny nuggets and unmelted cheese. Either I just don’t remember this being so disappointing or somebody is cutting back on food costs! How appetizing?!?! I mean I’ll still throw some hot sauce on this and eat though lol! I’m too lazy to go back through the drive thru and have too much anxiety to ask for a replacement, more chicken, or a refund lol.
Fat male employee just lazing around while all orders are behind. Owner should know and fix this.
