Jason was extraordinary! It appeared as if he was doing everything he could do to be efficient but the driver in front of me took off without his order. I learned that there was only a couple guys trying to run this busy place. I told him no worries I understand and watched him juggle orders via the mobile app and drive through. Ordered today. Got home, was missing half my order, sent husband back, he came back home still missing an item. 3rd time we got our order. Not even his spicy chicken sandwich. 50 dollar spent. We arent ever going to this one ever again. Start hiring people who have a better work ethic
I went through the drive through. Got home to find out the messed up on my order. I tried to call back to give them the chance to make it right. Had to call numerous times. When I finally got someone to answer they hung up on me. They were acting like I was an inconvenience to them. 6300 N. Division st location 6:45 pm Thursday 2/9/2023. very unprofessional please use this as a coaching opportunity.
