I love jack in the box so i might be a bit bias. The only issues ive ever had at any jack in the box have been through the drive through, and its them forgetting my sauces, which can easily be fixed by asking for them at the window or making sure they're in the bag. As well as the wait, it does take time to make food and i know alot of Jacks food is made fresh so if you really think about it, there isn't anything to really complain about, when your getting good, quality,...
I love the food at Jacks. My only complaint is that they're not in more locations. Their tacos are my favorite, but I also love their Sourdough Jack burgers. They're delicious and big for me.
