Half of my order was missing and the worker insisted it was all there didnt want to rectify the situation didn't want to give me my money back at the very least had no manager for me to speak with and told me that I have to wait at least a half an hour for her to even look over it will not be coming back here!!
Shout out to you guys for making me drive all the way back across town cause you missed half my order, but them I got home and had to eat my burnt burger cause I wasn't gonna drive across town again.
This is the worse Jack in the Box I have been too. It has gotten worse in the past year! I can depend on getting my order wrong every time I go in. Grant it, they have taken care of it but after the third degree and taking extra time. Close it!!!! Jack would be ashamed if he knew! New manager lady needs training and not calling customers liars!
